The Commission shall give the provider of the very large online platform or very large online search engine, or other person referred to in Article 67(1), the opportunity to be heard on preliminary findings and intended measures before adopting a decision.

Obligation 2
The Commission shall set a reasonable period for the provider of the very large online platform or very large online search engine, or other person referred to in Article 67(1), to submit observations on preliminary findings, which may not be less than 14 days.

The Commission shall base its decisions only on objections on which the parties concerned have been able to comment.

Obligation 4
The Commission shall fully respect the rights of defence of the parties concerned and entitle them to have access to the Commission's file under the terms of a negotiated disclosure, subject to the protection of business secrets.
