Obligation 13
Where a provider considers that publication might disclose confidential information or cause security vulnerabilities, it may remove such information from publicly available reports but shall transmit the complete reports to the Digital Services Coordinator and the Commission.

Where a provider removes information from publicly available reports due to confidentiality or security concerns, it shall accompany the complete reports transmitted to authorities with a statement of the reasons for removing the information.
