Obligation 1
The Commission, Member State competent authorities, their officials, servants, and other persons working under their supervision, as well as auditors and experts appointed pursuant to Article 26(2), shall not disclose information acquired or exchanged pursuant to this Regulation that is covered by the obligation of professional secrecy.
