Obligation 1
Conformity assessment bodies must submit an application for notification to the notifying authority of the Member State in which they are established.

Obligation 2
The application for notification must be accompanied by a description of conformity assessment activities, modules, and types of AI systems for which the body claims competence, along with an accreditation certificate if one exists.

Obligation 3
If an accreditation certificate is not available, the conformity assessment body must provide all documentary evidence necessary for the verification, recognition, and regular monitoring of its compliance with Article 31 requirements.
